Description• Maintain and develop the general filing system accurately and all file documents
• Receives and sends files intended to clients, consultant, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Screens and & redirect all calls and take adequate messages when required.
• Assists the GM in maintaining his files, preparation of meetings/appointments.
• Prepares memos, purchase orders, quotation requests as requested from different departments.
• Assists the Accounts, Estimation/Purchasing Departments for transmitting of documents.
• Monitor the use of office supplies and equipment.
• Assists PRO for employees ID’s and other documents as required by the UAE government
• Handling the inventory system of office supplies as required.
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
• Maintain computerized work order and inventory system as directed.
• Preparing incoming and outgoing correspondences as directed.
• Order office supplies to ensure proper inventory.
• Managing databases as assigned.
• Arranging and preparing itinerary for air ticket, restaurant and room hotel reservation as acquired locally and internationally.
• Performs routinely duties such as faxing, scanning, printing & photocopying
• Handles Petty cash for office
